Australian born artist Tania Wursig is of European heritage and based in both Sydney and Tahiti.
She is a figurative painter and her work is predominantly a celebration of life and culture, with an exotic flavour and flamboyant colour palette.
For the past 7 years Tania has enjoyed an annual 3 month ‘Artist in Residency’ at Le Meridien Tahiti, where she paints, exhibits and conducts her ‘Painting in Paradise’ creative workshops and cultural immersion tours. Wursig’s dynamic career as a professional painter has taken her all over the world, including an annual residency in Tahiti which she now refers to as her second home.
