The final of the 13th international Ori Tahiti training course at the Artistic Conservatory of Tahiti ends with success.
The 40 foreign dancers had big emotions, during one week, they lived following the rhythm of the Ori Tahiti.
The majority of the dancers came from Japan, the others from the U.S.A and some of them were from Taiwan and Phillipines. The flowery trainees have presented to the Jury presided by Fabien DINARD some choreographies that have been conceived according to their level.
The dance steps have been worked with Vanina EHU, Erena UURA, Vaehakaiki (Moon) and Hinavai Raveino (best female dancer of the Heiva i Tahiti 2015) on the rhythm of the traditional orchestra of the Artistic Conservatory of French Polynesia.
Thereafter, the dancers received their training certificates in front of the great culture figure ‘Mamie Louise Kimitete’.
The 14th international Ori Tahiti training had been scheduled for the week of June 20, 2016.
