When two arts meet: photography and tattooing. Magnificent series of black and white photos, taken by ‘Anapa Productions, revealing the works of tattoo Patu Mamatui. While Polynesia Tatau festival opens today, the tattoo appears proudly.
They are eight, including five women reveal their tattoos under the lens of Anapa Productions. The photo shoot lasted three hours. The body intersect and the faces are not visible. After all, the key is not there. Large parts tattooed by Patu Mamatui are well developed. The young tattoo artist, trained at Arts Crafts Center, wanted to promote his work. Large parts’ amateur, he opened his tattoo parlor last December in the City of Papeete at the place of Mamao.
